We offer free shipping to everyone on purchases over DKK 500 and if you order before 10, we endeavor to dispatch the order on the same day. Our customer service is ready by email if you need help.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 500.
Delivery to private address: DKK 55.
Delivery to parcel shop: DKK 39.

You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days after dispatch for shipments in Denmark. Abroad, delivery may vary from country to country.
You will receive an email/text message when the package is on its way.

PAYMENT
Bodyglow.dk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard/Maestro. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

RECEIPT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have ordered an item on bodyglow.dk, you will receive a receipt per email for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been entered into when you have received an order confirmation from us.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unfortunately, the usual 14-day full right of return does not apply to food and health food products. The reason is that the necessary food control is lost when we send an item out of our warehouse. When the item is in our warehouse, we are required to check in relation to storage, cleaning, temperature, packaging and handling. The limitation in the right of return is made to maintain high quality and ensure food safety.

COMPLAINTS
All purchases on bodyglow.dk are covered by the Purchase Act incl. 2 years right of complaint according to the applicable sales law. This means that you can either get a defective product exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. Contact us as soon as possible and no later than two weeks after you have discovered the error.
