WHEN YOU REGRET
Unfortunately, the usual 14-day full right of return does not apply to food and dietary supplements. The reason is that the necessary food control is lost when we send an item out of our warehouse. When the item is in our warehouse, we are required to check in relation to storage, cleaning, temperature, packaging and handling. The limitation in the right of return is made to maintain high quality and ensure food safety.
For beauty products that are not food and/or dietary supplements, a 14-day full right of return applies. It is a requirement that the products have not been opened or used and that the packaging is unbroken or otherwise damaged. We reserve the right not to refund products that are returned in broken or damaged packaging, or that have been opened or used. If you regret it, you are always welcome to contact our customer service at hej@bodyglow.dk .
Returned goods must be returned to Bodyglow.dk, Ordrup Jagtvej 48D, 2.th., 2920 Charlottenlund. Unfortunately, we do not accept products sent on cash on delivery, just as we do not accept returned goods sent to parcel boxes, parcel shops, etc.
COMPLAINTS
All purchases on bodyglow.dk are covered by the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get a defective product exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. Contact us as soon as possible and no later than two months after you have discovered the error.
