Are you getting enough vitamins all year round?

The body cannot make vitamins by itself, but we can get them through our diet. You find vitamins in most foods, but not all vitamins are in the same foods - therefore a healthy and varied diet is necessary for you to get all the necessary vitamins. If you do not eat a varied diet, it can be difficult to get all the right vitamins through your diet, so it is therefore a good idea to supplement with vitamin pills as a dietary supplement - either supplements of one type of vitamin, or as a multivitamin pill that often contains both more vitamins and minerals.
